Master Bedroom and Bath for rent in Maitland, FL

Clean, private, large bedroom and bath available for rent in new apartment complex. Current roommate is moving for a new job, and I'm looking for a new roommate to take his room- the master bedroom and bath in the apartment. Note that the furniture in the pictures is my current roommate's and he will be taking it. The room will be unfurnished.Apartment complex includes washer/dryer in unit, gourmet kitchen, walk-in closets for both bedrooms, resort-style pool area just a few feet from the apartment, nice gym on property, and many other features. Lake Lily park is located next to the property, and offers running/walking trails, art fairs, and farmers markets every weekend.I'm a 24 year old male and work full time Monday - Friday. I'm also fairly clean and would prefer a roommate who is the same, at least with shared spaces like the kitchen. I'm okay with a male or female roommate and age isn't a big deal either, as long as we get along and respect each other's space and things.Current lease ends in August 2018, but am willing to renew with a new roommate. Your rent will be about $850, plus half of the utilities. To move in, the leasing office will have you fill out an application, they will verify your income, and will ask you for a $75 check to do a background check. The process takes maybe a week or so. Once you're approved by them I'll just require the first month's rent of $850 and a refundable security deposit of $200. Utilities include electricity, wifi, sewer, water, trash and will cost around $100 - $130 per roommate per month.
